Growing up everyone knew what they wanted to be... but me

THE FARMER IN QUESTION

In kindergarten, I told my teacher I wanted to be a farmer; in 4th grade, I decided I needed to win cupcake wars to become a professional baker; and by 8th grade, I decided I was going to move to LA next to the pink wall to work at my dream job, BuzzFeed.

It felt like everyone knew what they really wanted to do, but me... I think that's how most business owners start.

They want to do everything all at once. As I got older, I took on various roles in film, content creation, social media management, and strategy.

One thing was clear: no matter who I worked for, where I worked, or what my role was, I knew there was something else out there for me. Then I moved to San Diego, and in the midst of wanting to throw Indeed and my computer out my window, Social Habitat Co. was born.

From the couch, to my bed, to coffee shops, to the public library, to even the beach, I was building. Social Habitat Co. went full-time right away, and building it has been my goal since.

Now I work with all kinds of business owner, ones who are working on their first launch, and others who are looking for a 5th anniversary refresh.

I have loved hearing all the "how I built it" stories. From solving health problems to creating spaces they wish they had themselves. The end goal is always the same for me: making sure founders can do what they do best: BE FOUNDERS.

So let's do this thing!
